I hold a commerce degree from Delhi University and specialize in HR operations, employee relations, payroll/HRMS management, policy development, employee retention, strategic HR planning, and training & development.
I’m passionate about building people-first, high-trust workplace cultures where employees feel valued and empowered. At Better Insights, I work closely with leadership and teams to design HR strategies that enhance engagement, support growth, and drive long-term business success.
